All cancellation requests must be made in writing (e-mail to organizer)
- Cancellations received by April 15, 2027, will receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee for a full registration and $50 for One-Day or Sponsor/Exhibitor Pass.
- Cancellations received April 16 - May 25, 2027, will receive a refund of 75% of the total amount of registration.
- No refunds will be given for cancellation requests made after May 25, 2027.
EXTRA EVENT TICKETS - Refund less $25 admin fee. No Refunds for Extra Tickets after May 25, 2027.
