All cancellation requests must be made in writing (e-mail to organizer)
- Cancellations received by May 15, 2025, will receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee for a full registration and $50 for One-Day or Sponsor/Exhibitor Pass.
- Cancellations received May 16 - July 2, 2025, will receive a refund of 75% of the total amount of registration.
- No refunds will be given for cancellation requests made after July 2, 2025.
EXTRA EVENT TICKETS - Refund less $25 admin fee. No Refunds for Extra Tickets after July 2, 2025.
